Accomplishments of Simeon Panda

Simeon Panda has competed in bodybuilding shows worldwide, winning the European Championships in 2013 and earning himself Musclemania Pro status.

He often judges bodybuilding and physique shows around the globe. Simeon is also the owner of his own clothing brand and sportswear company. Making him a successful entrepreneur.

Simeon Panda first started lifting when he was 16 years old as a skinny teenager wanting to improve his strength and overall size. He was inspired to go further when he met a friend in college who was very muscular and ripped.

He learnt from his friends with well-built body that some simple workouts at home can help him improve his figure. Determined to have a more muscular body, he started weight training back in 2002. Initially he didn't have a well-defined training regime and even though he put genuine efforts, he was inconsistent. He recalls that he started weight training with a single dumbbell that he used to switch from one hand to the other. However, he knew that his body won't transform overnight, and persistence was the key. He continued to train with new vigor everyday and started to get results soon after. He eventually became so addicted to fitness training that instead of being exhausted, every day he would return from college excited about working out. Within a few years, what started out as a fun experiment, became a profession to him. He started to participate in professional bodybuilding competitions and became very popular. Also, social media played a major role in his growing fame. He continuously posts pictures of his enviable physique on social media, and has a reach of more than 8 million fans. He asserts that it is hard work, rather than some magic formula that has made his transformation possible.
Preparing As Simeon developed his fortitude and information on staying in shape throughout the long term. He's presently a firm devotee to preparing weighty, both genuinely and mentally."I say intellectually in light of the fact that nothing gives me a similar buzz as moving a huge measure of weight."

Heating Up

"I typically do a warm up set then go straight into lifting weighty. This has been the best way for me to pack on size."

Simeon prompts that muscle development happens when your body is attempting to fix the harm done by lifting loads on your body. Over the long run, your body will adjust to even the hardest schedules.

Sustenance

Simeon's eating regimen resembles most expert jocks and wellness models - severe and exact to his preparation needs. His eating regimen is spotless lasting through the year, permitting the odd cheat feast incidentally to keep him fulfilled, alongside his digestion ticking over pleasantly.

A day to day diet of Simeon's will look something like:

Feast 1: Oats, Banana and Almonds

Feast 2: Rice Cakes and Curds

Feast 3: Wholegrain Rice, Chicken Bosom and Vegetables

Feast 4: Wholegrain Rice, Chicken Bosom and Vegetables

Feast 5: Wholegrain Rice, Chicken Bosom and Vegetables

Feast 6: 8 Egg Whites and Smoked Salmon

Dinner 7: Mackerel and Vegetables

Before all else, when he was asked where does his inspiration come from, he just had one response, "it's truly basic, that is tomfoolery and delight."

In any case, as the years passed and he turned out to be more engaged with the wellness world and lifting weights, he turned into a fussbudget of the game and his inspiration then went from "tomfoolery and satisfaction," to add up to impressive skill.

Simeon Panda

I have always strived to be better, I love to see progress and I want to achieve the unimaginable.”
